KERALA KADALA CURRY     Black chickpeas cooked with Pala spices. A Malayali favourite that goes well with roti, paratha, naan and rice. 
VEGETABLE THORAN    A dry vegetable dish from Kerala made from whatever vegetables that are freshly available. A must-have dish for the Malayali.
